NGC 3184, SPIRAL GALAXY

NGC 3184

This beautiful spiral galaxy is almost a neighbor at only about 20 million light years.

It is less then half the size of the Milky Way.

This image was a stack of 7 X 10 min exposures combined with 10 min RGB exposures with the MX716 camera through the 16" scope.
